Tatung Refrigerator Quality Assurance

Consumers today need more convenience and performance features in their appliance refrigerators. They want attractive looking refrigerators, flexible food storage and a choice of refrigerator configuration. Due to soaring of energy costs, consumers are also looking forward to purchasing energy-effective refrigerators that will help them reduce their monthly electricity expense in energy consumption. The consumers focus on product innovations that impact consumer convenience in a major way. For instance, the light in the refrigerator is operated by a plunger-type button – when the door opens, it releases and the light is activated. Since refrigerator light bulbs are always in a humid environment, a light bulb's best combination of light output and length of life would be a concern. Tatung's refrigerator light is tested for its safety by using a wet sponge to wipe it with a calculated quantity and frequency. Eventually, a detailed report regarding its inspection and recommendation is provided.

Tatung's engineers evaluated the drawer weight tolerance in the refrigerator with loaded objects for its stableness. In case of fire, client requires fire-resistant material to avoid any accidents that would cause fires.

Currently, Tatung OEM efficient refrigerators are sold in Vietnam, Philippines and Taiwan with a solid reputation. They are also expanding their cooperation with companies to manufacture various sizes (150L-400L) of refrigerators for dominating other regions such as Australia, Middle East and Europe. Tatung's rigorous requirements came from their insistence on providing the best to its customers in safety and only a refrigerator expert who's been around for years can meet their conditions.
